Plustax then checks the details and activates the login. You will not see the full dashboard until the office has switched the account on. If you wait more than one working day, call 0747 878 689 or write to info@plustaxassociates.com.

After activation you can sign in, follow your requests, upload tax and company documents, and receive files from the Plustax team without sending large attachments by ordinary email.

Most monthly TRA payments follow a fixed pattern in Tanzania. PAYE, Skills Development Levy (SDL) and withholding tax are generally due on the 7th of the following month. VAT is generally due on the 20th of the following month.

Provisional tax instalments are usually due at the end of March, June, September and December. A return of income for a calendar-year taxpayer is generally due by 30 June of the next year.

These dates can move when they fall on a weekend or public holiday, and your own year-end may be different. The Tax Calendar on this website computes the next dates from today. Confirm the exact due date with Plustax before you file, especially near year-end.

The office is open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 East Africa Time. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are closed unless Plustax has agreed a special appointment.

This website shows Open now or Closed now automatically from those hours. You can still send a Contact form, WhatsApp or email outside office hours. The team reads messages on the next working day and replies in the order they arrive.

Use the Contact form on this website (Home, or the Contact page). Write your name, email, phone if you have one, and the message, then press Send. The office receives it at info@plustaxassociates.com. You do not need to open Outlook or Gmail.

Write enough detail (TIN, company name, and what you need) so the right department can reply. You should see a Thank you notice after the message is sent.

Use the yellow Report Staff Misconduct button on the public website. It opens an email to info@plustaxassociates.com with the subject already filled. Write what happened, the date, and the name of the officer if you know it, then send.

The report goes to Plustax management, not to the person you are reporting. Give facts we can check. You may also call 0747 878 689 and ask to speak to a manager if the matter is urgent.

Do not put client tax files or passwords in the report unless management asks for them.
